No. Use whichever email you check — work or personal. Your LinkedIn profile and leadership experience help us assess fit, including during a career transition.
Who sees my application?
The HCITalks membership team reviews it, using the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. It is never published, there is no public profile, and your phone and email stay hidden from other members until you choose to share them.
What do you use my LinkedIn profile for?
To confirm your role and seniority during review, so we do not need a CV, a long questionnaire or a screening call to get started.
Does applying mean I am accepted?
No. Membership is reviewed. A particular group or event may also depend on programme readiness and capacity. We do not promise a decision date.
How long does the review take?
It depends on fit and on when the forum for your function is ready, so we do not promise a fixed date. Your reserved details stay safely on file while we review.
Is membership free?
Core membership is free for approved leaders. Optional research, production and career services have a separate scope and any charges are agreed before work starts.
Will you add me to a messaging group automatically?
No. We confirm approval, relevance and availability before an invitation. Your contact details are not shared publicly.
