Share experience in context. Ask useful questions, recognise different perspectives and avoid personal attacks. Quiet participation is welcome.

Protect confidential information

Do not share employer, client or personal information you are not authorised to disclose. Obtain explicit permission before quoting a member, recording a conversation or forwarding material outside its intended audience. A private group is not a substitute for your professional obligations.

No unsolicited selling

No mass messages, scraped directories, unsolicited pitches or repeated promotional posts. Partnership and service enquiries belong in the separate contact channel.

Introductions and visibility are choices

Ask before introducing people or sharing contact details. Application information is used for review and follow-up; it is not a public profile. Joining does not authorise publishing your name, photograph or contribution. A selected feature requires separate approval for the final material and channels.

Application, review and invitations

Provide accurate details and a LinkedIn profile you own. Applications are reviewed for relevance and role fit. We may ask for clarification. Approval does not guarantee access to a particular forum or event; readiness and capacity also matter. Forum interests do not automatically create group memberships.

Raise a concern or correct your information

Use Contact to report inappropriate conduct, request a correction or ask about participation. Include enough context to investigate without circulating sensitive material. Moderators may remove content or restrict participation after reviewing a concern.

Communication preferences

Application-related follow-up is separate from optional community news. Choose whether to receive updates when applying. Privacy and data requests are handled under our Privacy Policy; the existing Terms also apply.
