A room that listens
Your session reaches the HCI Talks community of CHROs, CXOs and GCC leaders — live, on the record, and in their calendars.
HCI Talks · Speaker programme
A 30–45 minute conversation, hosted and recorded, with India’s GCC and enterprise leaders listening.

Why take the floor
Your session reaches the HCI Talks community of CHROs, CXOs and GCC leaders — live, on the record, and in their calendars.
Agenda, questions and a short script arrive with your invitation, so you walk in ready and the conversation stays sharp.
Sessions are recorded and shared through HCI Talks channels, so your perspective keeps working for you long after the call.
Three formats
Every format is hosted, 30–45 minutes, on a weekday evening in IST, and recorded.
45 min · speaker + facilitatorBe the featured expert in a focused conversation around your area of expertise.
45 min · 3 speakers + facilitatorJoin fellow leaders. One important topic. Different perspectives.
30–45 min · firesideShare your leadership journey, experiences, lessons and stories.
How it works
Take a seat on an open conversation, or start one: pick the format, your seat, a weekday evening and the topic. Two minutes, no account needed.
When every seat is claimed the host reviews the guest list. A request never reserves a seat until it is approved.
Everyone approved receives the Google Meet link and one shared 360° preparation sheet: agenda, questions and flow.
Reminders arrive 3 days, 2 days and 3 hours before. The session is recorded and shared afterwards.
Your request
Choose an open session below, or request a new one and the host will schedule it with you. No open slot? Register your interest and you will hear first.

Your host
Every request is read by the host, and every approved speaker gets a preparation call-sheet before the session. Fifteen years in talent and GCC hiring shape the questions — the conversation stays about your experience.
Before you request
No. Taking the floor is free for approved leaders. HCI Talks is a community, not a paid stage.
Yes. Choose “Start a new conversation”, pick Ask the Expert (one Speaker, one Facilitator) or a Leadership Roundtable (three Speakers, one Facilitator), your seat, a weekday evening and the topic. It goes on the board at once; a peer takes the open seat, the host approves the guest list, and everyone receives the Meet link with one shared preparation sheet.
Sessions run 30–45 minutes on a weekday evening in IST, on Google Meet. A roundtable seats three Speakers and one Facilitator and closes automatically when full.
Only after the host approves your request. The invitation carries the Google Meet link, the agenda, the questions and, for a fireside, a short script outline.
Yes. Sessions are recorded and shared through HCI Talks channels after the conversation. You can ask the host about edits before publication.
Request a session anyway or register your interest. The host schedules new sessions with approved speakers and you will hear first.
