HCI Talks Advisory

Experience, focused on your next decision.

We are developing a practitioner-led advisory network, starting with the people decisions behind establishing and expanding an India GCC.

Advisory network in formation. Proposed services depend on confirmed scope, relevant expertise, availability and agreed terms.

Our starting point

HR first. A defined question, before a broad programme.

A hiring wave can be approved while the responsibilities behind it remain unclear. Who decides? What does India own? What stays with headquarters or a setup partner?

Our proposed first service is a bounded HR decision review: clarify one ownership question, the evidence behind it and what the sponsor still needs to resolve.

A useful contribution starts with fit.

  1. A real decision

Identify the sponsor, the planned hiring or scaling step, and the question your existing team or provider has not resolved.

  2. Relevant experience

An assignment would need a practitioner with attributable experience, permission to participate and the right expertise for that specific context.

  3. A written agreement

Scope, outputs, boundaries, review responsibilities and commercial terms would be agreed before work starts. There is no automatic matching or booking.

See how an enquiry would become an engagement

Community and advisory have different responsibilities.

HCI Talks brings leaders into conversation. Community membership, a speaker appearance or an editorial role does not establish adviser suitability.

Practitioners participate by choice.

Applications are voluntary. Experience, conflicts, employer permissions and assignment availability must be checked. We are not publishing an available adviser directory.

Understand the expertise standard. Executive search and recruitment remain separate services with a new mandate and fresh consent.

A conversation about fit

Start with the decision you need to make.

Send a short, nonconfidential brief. An enquiry is not a booking, an adviser match or a commitment to proceed. You do not need to join the community.
