Four steps, each one yours to approve
Upload a portrait and your CV
JPEG, PNG or WebP portrait plus a readable CV or LinkedIn PDF (DOCX also accepted). Files go into private storage and are validated before anything reads them.
Confirm the facts
Every proposed line links to a page in your document or is marked as your own statement. Conflicting employers or titles are shown for you to resolve. Nothing is invented to fill space.
Approve the artwork
A deterministic 4:5 layout places your original photograph, selected career entries and expertise themes inside the official HCITalks identity. Download it any time.
Publish from your account
Connect LinkedIn, approve the exact image and caption, and publish a native image post. Only an acknowledged LinkedIn receipt is ever shown as “published”.
Clear inputs, private processing, honest status
What you need
- A recent portrait, at least 400 × 400 pixels, up to 10 MB.
- One CV or LinkedIn PDF (or DOCX), unlocked, up to 15 MB and 25 pages.
- Optionally, a company profile and a logo you are authorised to use.
Your documents stay private
- Uploads never become public assets; only facts you confirm appear on the artwork.
- Personal contact details, identifiers and salary are never extracted.
- You can export or delete your Studio data at any time.
Free for approved members
- One approved Spotlight and up to two creative revisions; factual corrections are always free.
- Creating and downloading your Spotlight is separate from publishing it.
- Peer sharing is voluntary: you decide whom to ask, and nothing is sent automatically.
Membership eligibility is checked when you sign in. Visitors outside the community are directed to the application process; no membership label is granted by creating an account.
