Contributor terms

These terms apply to contributions submitted to HCITalks Leadership Voices, operated by Talpro India Private Limited (“HCITalks”, “we”).

Your rights stay yours

You keep the copyright in your contribution. By submitting, you confirm you are entitled to share it and you give HCITalks a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to consider it editorially and — only if you choose attributed publication — to publish accurate excerpts and faithful editorial summaries with the public details you selected, and to distribute those approved forms through HCITalks, Talpro and HCIIQ publishing channels (the HCITalks website, HCITalks newsletters and social channels, and HCIIQ as editorial partner).

This licence does not transfer ownership and does not permit using your contribution to train custom AI models.

Editorial consideration only

If you choose “editorial consideration only”, we will not publish or quote your contribution unless you later give explicit approval.

No guarantee of publication

Submitting does not guarantee publication or any particular reach. We may decline contributions that are off-topic, unlawful, confidential, abusive or that we cannot verify adequately.

Your responsibilities

Do not submit confidential employer or client information, personal information about other people, or claims you cannot stand behind. You must be 18 or older.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw future use at any time from your Manage page. We will stop using the contribution and correct or remove our own published content. We cannot always remove copies others have already downloaded or that external platforms have cached.

Photographs

If you upload a photograph, it must be a genuine, unaltered photo of you that you have the right to share. We never generate, retouch or replace a contributor’s face. Each photo is reviewed before use and appears only beside articles that credit you, your contributor page (if you chose one) and HCIIQ monthly editions. You can remove it at any time from your Manage page; copies already downloaded by readers cannot be recalled.

HCIIQ monthly editions

HCIIQ is our monthly HR leadership edition. Your featured contribution is included in it only if you tick the HCIIQ permission. It then appears as accurate excerpts or faithful summaries with the public details you selected, in the online archive, the downloadable magazine and related promotional excerpts. You keep your copyright and can stop future use at any time.
