Editorial policy
Evidence before opinion
Weekly questions are built from dated, attributed public sources — primary research, regulators, company reports and original reporting first. Each question shows why it matters now, its sources and the limits of that evidence. Non-Indian research is never presented as an Indian benchmark.
Faithful attribution
Direct quotations are reproduced word for word from the contribution and checked automatically against the submitted text. Paraphrases never change a contributor’s position or add experience they did not describe. A materially changed passage is sent to the contributor for approval first.
Contributors are credited with the name, title, organisation and LinkedIn link they chose to show. Titles and organisations are self-declared and are not independently verified.
Balance
Minority and contrasting views are kept when relevant. We do not manufacture disagreement or consensus, and a small set of responses is never described as a representative survey.
Sensitive subjects
Articles touching law, employee relations, allegations or other sensitive matters are held for designated human review before publication. Nothing here is legal advice.
AI assistance
AI tools help our editorial desk research, draft and check articles. They work only with the material provided, cannot publish anything and cannot change permissions. Every article states how it was made. Covers are typographic and never depict invented people; contributor photographs are never generated or altered.
