How Leadership Voices works

One link, every week

hcitalks.com/voices always shows the current edition. Every seven days our editorial desk publishes one researched question for each of fifteen HR communities, each with three angles you can choose from.

Six days to contribute

Each edition accepts contributions for exactly 144 hours. The deadline is shown on the page in India Standard Time and is decided by our server clock, not your device.

After the edition closes there is a one-day editorial window, and then the next questions open at the same link.

Three steps

Choose your community, question and angle. Share what your experience has taught you — agreement, disagreement and honest uncertainty are all welcome. Add your professional details and decide exactly how your contribution may be used.

We email you a confirmation link. Please open it within 30 minutes; contributions must be confirmed by one hour after the edition closes.

Received is not published

Your contribution goes to editorial review; nothing you type is posted automatically. Every eligible contribution receives a truthful outcome — featured, considered, not selected or held — which you can see on your Manage page.

Articles follow the evidence: one strong response can become a practitioner perspective; several can become a thematic article. We never invent participants, quotes or agreement to fill a page.
