Leadership Voices privacy notice
Version lv-consent-2026-10-18.v2
Talpro India Private Limited operates HCITalks and is responsible for the personal data described here. This notice supplements the HCITalks privacy policy at hcitalks.com/privacy.
What we collect
Your contribution text, name, job title, organisation, LinkedIn profile URL and email address; your consent choices with their dates; and the technical security signals needed to prevent abuse. We do not collect your date of birth, LinkedIn password or contacts.
Photographs
An optional photograph you upload is re-encoded on receipt (location and camera data are removed), stored privately and reviewed by an editor. It is shown publicly only after approval, while your photo permission stands, and only once an article featuring you is published. Removing the photo or deleting your data deletes the stored files.
Why
To verify and manage your contribution, to consider it editorially, to publish it only as you permitted, to tell you about its outcome, and — only if you opt in — to send weekly topics. Your email address is never published.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database providers, our email delivery providers, Cloudflare (security checks) and the AI models our editorial desk uses. We prefer self-hosted models; personal contact details are not sent to research tools.
How long
Unconfirmed submissions: 30 days. Contributions that are not published: 180 days. Private editorial bundles: 90 days. Published articles: while published and permitted. Consent records: only as long as needed to show what you agreed to.
Your choices
From your Manage page you can edit before the deadline, withdraw future use, stop reminders and request deletion of your data. Requests take effect immediately for future use; erasure from backups follows their 30-day rotation. Contact [email protected] for anything else.
