HCI Talks Advisory
A clear brief. A considered fit. An agreed assignment.
This is the process proposed for HCI Talks Advisory. Delivery steps apply only after expertise, permissions, availability and an engagement have been confirmed.
Advisory network in formation. Proposed services depend on confirmed scope, relevant expertise, availability and agreed terms.
How an enquiry would progress.
Share a nonconfidential brief
Describe the people decision, your role and the India GCC context. The form records an enquiry, not a booking. Receipt does not mean the requirement has been accepted.
Establish fit and existing coverage
Qualification would clarify the sponsor, decision authority, evidence available and the scope already held by internal teams or providers. A no-fit outcome is possible.
Assess relevant expertise
Any proposed practitioner must have relevant delivery experience, permission to participate, disclosed conflicts and availability. A senior title or community role is not enough.
Agree the assignment
Confirm scope, outputs, exclusions, preparation, meetings, review rounds, confidentiality, commercial terms and each party’s responsibilities before work starts.
Develop and review the output
A confirmed engagement would separate evidence from assumptions and include qualified technical review appropriate to the question. Specialist conclusions require specialist qualifications.
Hand over to the sponsor
Record the sponsor’s response, unresolved matters, owners and completion conditions. Further work is a separate decision; it is not presumed from the first enquiry.
Confidentiality and conflicts
Share the question before sharing sensitive material.
At the enquiry stage
Do not submit employee records, candidate details, identity documents, CVs, employer secrets or commercially sensitive attachments. The initial form needs only a brief description of the decision.
Read the privacy policy for the existing contact, correction and withdrawal process. Keep your submission reference when contacting HCI Talks.
Before any engagement
Agree permitted information, authorised access, confidentiality obligations and how conflicts will be handled. Employer permission, client restrictions and relevant vendor relationships must be disclosed.
Recording is not included by default. Publication, testimonials, public adviser profiles or recording would need a separate, explicit agreement.
Keep each relationship distinct.
Community membership does not enrol anyone as an adviser. An adviser application does not create a public profile or guarantee an assignment.
Recruitment is a separate mandate.
An advisory conversation is not permission to recruit the practitioner or begin a search. Executive search requires fresh consent, a separate brief and agreed commercial terms.
A conversation about fit
Start with the decision you need to make.
Send a short, nonconfidential brief. An enquiry is not a booking, an adviser match or a commitment to proceed. You do not need to join the community.
