Before any engagement

Agreed in writing, before work starts.

Agree permitted information, authorised access, confidentiality obligations and how conflicts will be handled. Employer permission, client restrictions and relevant vendor relationships must be disclosed.

Recording is not included by default. Publication, testimonials, public adviser profiles or recording would need a separate, explicit agreement.

Recruitment — separate

An advisory conversation is not permission to recruit the practitioner or begin a search. Executive search needs fresh consent, a separate brief and agreed terms.

Your rights

Correction and withdrawal.

The privacy policy describes the existing contact, correction and withdrawal process. Keep your submission reference when contacting HCI Talks.

Either side can stop at any stage. Being told this is not the right route is a legitimate outcome, not a failure of the process.
