FAQ

Questions hosts ask.

Cost, guests, recording, ownership and privacy — answered plainly.

What does it cost?

Each edition is scoped to your brief — the audience, formats and content package you choose — so the programme investment is quoted once your brief is agreed. You receive a written scope with every deliverable listed before you commit.

Why four hours instead of a short session?

A longer, hosted afternoon lets us run several formats back to back. More formats means more distinct, meaningful content, and high tea plus networking gives senior guests time to build real relationships.

Who chooses the guests?

You define the personas; we research, invite and reconfirm against them. You approve the guest profile — roles and organisations — before the day; names are shared only with each guest’s consent. Guests attend because the afternoon is worth their time — never as a sales audience.

Can parts of the afternoon stay off the record?

Yes. Roundtables can hold an off-record segment under the Chatham House Rule, kept separate from the recorded programme. The recording plan and consent are agreed before invitations go out.

Who owns the content?

Recorded content is produced and owned by HCI Talks (Talpro India Pvt. Ltd.). Your edition’s written scope sets out the usage rights you receive across your own channels.

Do you share member data with hosts?

No. Hosts never receive member lists or member contact details. Introductions happen only when both people opt in.

Which cities do you run in?

HCI Locals editions start in Bengaluru. Tell us your city in the brief; other cities are planned with you case by case.

What happens after I share my brief?

You receive an e-mail confirmation straight away. A partnerships lead reads your brief personally and replies with a curation brief, a run of show and your package scope with quotation.
